Road's Eye™ ("Road's Eye," "App," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you use our application.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed by the App, what information may be collected by third-party services used within the App, and your rights and choices regarding such information.

By downloading, installing, or using Road's Eye™, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

Road's Eye™ is designed primarily to operate locally on your device. Videos, recordings, audio, location information, settings, and other content generated through the App are generally stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored by Road's Eye™ servers.

We do not create user accounts and generally do not know who you are unless you voluntarily contact us.

2. Information Processed by the App

A. Location Information

Road's Eye™ may access precise location information to provide location-related features and embed location metadata into recordings when enabled by the user.

Location information is used solely for App functionality and recording metadata.

Road's Eye™ does not use location information to identify you personally.

Road's Eye™ does not sell location information.

Location information is generally processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to Road's Eye™ unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

B. Camera, Microphone, Storage, and Device Permissions

The App may request access to:

• Camera access for recording video

• Microphone access for recording audio (if enabled)

• Storage access for saving recordings

• Location access for GPS tagging and location-related features

• Motion and sensor access for crash detection and App functionality

These permissions are used solely to provide App functionality and may be disabled through your device settings, although doing so may limit functionality.

3. Google AdMob Advertising

Road's Eye™ may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device identifiers

• Advertising identifiers

• Approximate location information

• Device information

• Ad interaction information

• Advertising performance and diagnostic information

Google may use this information to:

• Deliver advertisements

• Measure advertising performance

• Detect fraud and abuse

• Personalize advertisements where permitted by applicable law and your device settings

Road's Eye™ does not directly receive, access, or control the information collected by Google AdMob.

Any information collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's privacy policies and terms.

You may manage advertising preferences through your device settings and applicable Google privacy controls.

4. Google Firebase Analytics & Diagnostics

Road's Eye™ may use Google Firebase services to help improve App stability, reliability, and performance.

Firebase may collect limited technical and diagnostic information such as:

• App version

• Device model

• Operating system version

• Crash reports

• Performance metrics

• General usage statistics

This information helps us understand:

• App crashes

• Technical problems

• Feature performance

• General App reliability

Firebase is not used by Road's Eye™ to identify individual users by name.

We do not use Firebase data to determine your identity, contact you, build personal profiles, or track your activities outside of the App.

Information collected by Firebase is subject to Google's privacy practices.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

Road's Eye™ does not intentionally collect:

• Your name

• Your address

• Your phone number

• Government-issued identification

• Payment card information

• User account credentials

• Video recordings stored on your device

• Audio recordings stored on your device

• GPS recordings stored on your device

• Personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided by you

6. User-Controlled Content

Videos, recordings, audio files, location metadata, settings, and other content generated through the App remain under your control.

You are solely responsible for:

• Managing recordings

• Backing up recordings

• Exporting recordings

• Sharing recordings

• Deleting recordings

If you choose to upload recordings to third-party services such as cloud storage providers, social media platforms, file-sharing services, or backup systems, those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Road's Eye™ is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party services.

7. Data Sharing and Sale

Road's Eye™ does not sell personal information.

Road's Eye™ does not rent personal information.

Road's Eye™ does not broker personal information.

Because we generally do not collect personal information directly, we typically have no personal information to sell or share.

However, third-party providers such as Google AdMob and Google Firebase may process certain information as described in their respective privacy policies.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of the App.

However, no software, device, transmission method, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for securing your device, maintaining backups, and protecting access to your recordings and data.

9. Children's Privacy

Road's Eye™ is not directed toward children under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may utilize third-party services including but not limited to:

• Google AdMob

• Google Firebase

• Apple App Store services

• Google Play services

These providers maintain their own privacy policies and terms which govern their services.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any modifications will become effective when posted.

Your continued use of the App following publication of updated policies constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
