By submitting your video, you agree to the following:

  1. Ownership & Rights

    • You must own the video or have full rights to share it.

    • Do not upload videos you don’t own or that include copyrighted material (music, TV clips, etc.) unless you have permission.

  2. Consent

    • Everyone shown in the video must have given permission to appear.

    • Do not include minors without parental/guardian consent.

  3. Content Standards

    • Videos must not include:

      • Hateful, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content

      • Nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence

      • Personal/private information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

  4. License to Use

    • By submitting, you grant Road’s Eye a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and share your video on our social media, website, and other promotional materials.

    • You retain ownership of your video.

  5. No Compensation

    • Submission does not guarantee use or payment. Featured videos are chosen at our discretion.

  6. Liability Waiver

    • You agree that Road’s Eye is not responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your video submission.

  7. Removal Rights

    • We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission that violates these rules or is otherwise inappropriate.

How We Process Your Videos

We value your privacy and the safety of everyone featured in your video submissions. When you share a video with us, we may take the following steps before featuring it on our platforms:

Privacy Protection

  • Face Blurring – If needed, we will blur or obscure faces to protect the identity of individuals who have not given consent.

  • License Plate Blurring – Visible license plates will be blurred to protect personal information.

  • Sensitive Information Removal – Any personal details (addresses, phone numbers, identifiable documents, etc.) will be blurred or cropped out.

Video Adjustments

  • Trimming & Editing – We may shorten or edit videos for clarity, pacing, or to fit our platforms’ formats.

  • Audio Adjustments – Background audio may be reduced, removed, or replaced if it contains copyrighted music, sensitive speech, or disruptive noise.

  • Captions & Graphics – We may add text, captions, or graphics to help tell the story of your video.

Compliance

  • All edits are made to comply with privacy standards and community guidelines.

  • We may decline videos that cannot be processed safely or legally.

Important Notes

  • Our processing is designed to reduce risk, but it does not guarantee complete removal of all identifiable information.

  • By submitting, you acknowledge and accept these processing steps.
